The Great Depression and the “Alphabet Soup” of Federal Agencies, as our history books soothingly called them familiarized us with acronyms for vast government agencies that would “save” us from poverty much as AFDC (“welfare”) served the family, deforming it along lines set forth by Marx and Comte. For sixty years, the United Nations, cheered on by the media, has continued this process of bureaucratic gigantism, family collapse and plutocratic promotion, “techniques of persuasion, information and true propaganda” as Huxley wrote (ibid. 60).

WUFA is one of the growing mass of stealth groups and acronyms that more and more circumscribe our thoughts, discourse and deeds. WUFA is the “World Federation of United Nations Associations” one of which is UNA-USA the United Nations Association of the United States of America. They publish the Global Citizen a magazine for school teachers and students that is carrying forward Julian Huxley’s mission. They also offer a text, the Economies of Globalization “that can be used as a full-length, standards-based curriculum unit in high school classrooms” (www.unausa.org). The educational movement for content-based standards also has been co-opted by the globalists. They have the dough and the whole world’s in their hands.

The world state has various power nodes; it is an immense work in progress at several sites worldwide, the formation of the NAU and its integration with China being but one. Thus the EU has its own RBIT (“rapid border intervention teams”). I got thinking about acronyms and “global citizens” when I decided to check how many nations had troops in Afghanistan. It’s not just or even mainly about military battles but about forging a new world and new age in which thinking and relating, a la 1984 will proceed more and more by impersonal acronyms, group think, slogans and mantras; “when there will be a fusing of the problem [of separation] in one vast humanitarian situation,” a World State kowtowing to a fusion of the Buddha and “the Christ” [1]. 

In seeking troop levels I learned about ISAF, UNAMA, UNSC, NAC, SCR, PRT and the links that bind them. The rulers of the organizations these acronyms mask are building something in Afghanistan that has a lot to do with Huxley’s vision as articulated by Kofi Anan when he stated that “the Security Council is the Managing Committee of our fledgling global security state” (12-11-06).

Some decades ago our diplomatic and intelligence services worked with Pakistan to set up the Taliban and Mujahideen to drive the Russians from Afghanistan, the center of the World Island as Halford Mackinder termed the Eastern Hemisphere. Then UBL began to help Western leaders “overcome the resistance of millions to desirable change” by going in the ancient way of jihad. Since then our leaders have been building new alliances and management structures under the rubric of OPE, “Operation Enduring Freedom” initiated at conferences in Bonn in fall 2001, producing UNSC resolutions 1368 and 1373 to support global re-organization of Afghanistan, a paradigm, as was the former Yugoslavia in the 1990’s for re-organizing the world. Bonn is noteworthy as a center of NATO action because of the rising profile of Germany within and beyond the EU. (See, e.g. Siemens AG “Horizon 2020).

The “ISAF operates in Afghanistan under a UN mandate and will continue to operate according to current and future UN Security Council (UNSC) resolutions” it says at www.nato.int/issues/afghanistan  (July 2007). UNSC Resolution 1510 “opened the way to a wider role for ISAF to support the government of Afghanistan beyond Kabul.”

Mr. Anan’s quote about the global security state becomes more comprehensible when one learns that ISAF means “International Security Assistance Force” and it “works closely with the UN Assistance Mission in Afghanistan” (UNAMA). Both are coordinated by NAC, the North Atlantic Council, “NATO’s highest decision-making body” that operates from SHAPE in Mons, Belgium. So the “world community’s” enforcement arm is NATO directed by NAC; conversely, the UNSC (including Russia) legitimizes the operations of SHAPE – NATO.

An ongoing lesson is being passed to everyone paying attention which hopefully includes citizens of this imperiled Constitutional Republic.

Hikmet Cetin of Turkey is the SCR, “Senior Civilian Representative” for NATO in Afghanistan and he liaises closely with them, the UNSC and locals. Since the late 19^th century Turkey has been the geographic, political and military path for Germany to extend its influence to the Middle East for example, in the Berlin to Baghdad railway.

So the NAC directs NATO which gets its imprimatur from UNSC for the deployment of ISAF in the center of the world island as advanced by German PRT’s. Hopefully, this will cause freedom to endure.

In addition to 15,000 American and 7500 British troops, the web site above noted that thirty-six NATO nations and nine partner nations have troops in Afghanistan via ISAF which has 34,000 personnel in all. One fourth of the troops are Germans; about an eighth, Canadians. Other states with significant forces in ISAF are Turkey, France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, the UK, Norway and the Netherlands. The site notes the “German-led establishment of the first NATO PRT (“provincial reconstruction team”), one of many now re-organizing Afghanistan. Hopefully such means will not be needed for freedom to endure in NAC nations whose peoples have many concerns about “international education,” “world society” and “absorption” in regional groupings accomplished by an alphabet-soup of private-public partnerships, teams of international investors, law firms and holding companies.

It’s a small world after all.

An interesting feature of acronym-world is increasing German power projection planned since at least 1942 (C. Riess, the Nazis Go Underground, NY 1944). German naval forces have been active in and around Africa and the Mediterranean. They are sharing their most advanced nuclear submarine technology with Algerian officers and engineers. They have been guarding oil wells and refineries in Nigeria, taken a leading role in training and equipping Nigerian armed forces, lobbying in the UN for them to intervene in Sudan. They also train South African forces, patrol by Port Sudan where China loads much of its oil, and off the coast of Israel and Lebanon. Siemen’s Horizon 2020 re-maps Europe as centered on an expanded Holy Roman Empire called the “European Economic Heartland.”

This activity extends to the Middle East. Professors, financiers, and statesmen like Siegfried Martsch and Dr. Michael Wolfssohn at the Bundeswehr Academy in Munich support increasing independence for the nascent Kurdish State under Masoud Barzani. The official word is that “Iraq” will not be partioned; history says this artificial state will. Germany permits Kurdish recruiting on its land and, noting that almost half of Iranians are not Persian Wolfssohn argues for breaking up Iran – “this politically unstable situation should and could change” — and redesigning the Middle East on ethnic lines (www.german-foreign-policy.com). An ethnically homogenous Kurdistan, including areas in Syria, northwestern Iran and perhaps Turkey is reportedly favored by USA and German policy makers. Kurds are said to be fighting several hundred Iranian troops within Iran even as Iranians move into southern “Iraq” with its Shiite majority as the British coincidentally withdraw (“A Dirty Little Secret,” Neue Staaten interview with Dr. Pierre Hilliard; also, Die Zerrissenheit des Iran; Die Welt, July 03, 2007).

Momentous events are also occurring in Europe. By mid 2008, the EU plans to divide England into nine administrative districts; shires and autonomous local government will be gone as will England itself, per 1984. Parliament is buried in 110,000 EU administrative directives much as America is being done-in by Presidential Directives. Siemens sees the southeastern quarter of what was England incorporated into the European Economic Heartland, further fudging even regional borders, identity and memory. That’s 2020 vision.

The directive role of the North Atlantic Council indicates the dominant role of NATO and the troop deployments in Afghanistan and elsewhere and the EU’s resurgence in concert with the USA. How then to explain culturally suicidal policies like that of Germany’s Ministry of Family Affairs, as reported by James Kouri, that encourages fathers to sexually massage the genitals of their 1-3 year old daughters and mothers, presumably to do the same for little boys. “Fathers do not devote enough attention to the clitoris and vagina of their daughters,” states the booklet, making insanity and crime sound hygienic. The father’s “caresses too seldom pertain to these regions though this is the only way the girls can develop a sense of pride in their sex.” It is?

This is mad, what a second Clinton administration might be. These practices, if followed will produce sex-phobic and auto-erotic young people as well as criminals selectively prosecuted to fill for-profit jails. One would think that the 1.2 children per woman birth rate of the Germans is low enough for their eugenicists. The sexual deviance that pervaded German society and ruling elites from the Knight Templars to the courts of Frederick the Great, Kaiser Wilhelm, Weimar and the Third Reich is back as New Age “esteem” and social “science.” As Samuel Igra detailed in The Poisoned Stream (1945), quoted extensively by Scott Lively and K. Abrams in The Pink Swastika (1997, 2^nd edition) pederasty seems deeply engrained in Teutonic culture as Tacitus mentioned nineteen centuries ago (On the Germans). The current promoters of “the Elder Faith” of the “Dragon Kings and Grail Queens” provide mythic and, they would say, moral rationales for such medieval and Gothic agendas (L. Gardner and N. de Vere); so did Ariosophists like List, Lanz, and Wiliger. Perhaps the suicide of England partly reflects the tastes of its German (and Dutch) ruling families since 1688.

Essential to “facilitated group learning” is to state the desired outcome / thought as a fact. “The child touches all parts of their father’s body, sometimes arousing him. The father should do the same” continues the German government’s book of state-sponsored incest and pedophilia. These kinds of perverse and dubious postulates-presented-as-truths remind one of Kinsey who got some of his material from German ‘sexual scientists’ like Magnus Hirschfeld. “Children should learn that there is no such thing as shame,” states another German text. And in a book of songs for 4-6 year olds, they follow through by encouraging female masturbation via a jolly little jingle: “When I touch my body, I discover what I have. I have a vagina, because I am a girl. Vagina is not only for peeing. When I touch it, I feel a pleasant tingle.” Hegel, Marx, Comte and their followers said that the State would shape people to serve it. This new idolatry of self leads to alienation and worship of the sanctioning and corrupting State. One could insert it into the new Grail promotions of a primal creed of ritual homosexuality and cunnilingus. Provincial reconstruction teams are at work in the schools of the west and have been for some time; the “provinces” they re-design are the family, the individual and the morality of the Bible.

From geopolitics to auto-eroticism “right and wrong lose their names, power devolves into will, will into appetite and appetite, the universal wolf first eats up the world and last consumes itself” (Troilus and Cressida, 1.3.108-24; slight paraphrase). This is the track down which we are being herded to our brave new world.

It is clear from the above that the modern State, its agencies, power games, social evolution, world society “propaganda” and acronyms are at war with the Scriptures and especially the code of behavior set forth in the Books of Moses. This is the great “string” that has been “untuned” leading to millennia of discord. “The unity, the due of birth and married calm of state” (Troilus, supra) was broken when Rome broke Jerusalem which it seeks again to crush and seize (ibid, archives of www.imra.org.il and www.israelnationalnews.com) even as the palaces of the Kings of Judah are excavated on Mt. Zion and the quarry from which they and the Temples were built is uncovered just north of Jerusalem. The race to re-occupy, bury and internationalize Jerusalem explains a lot about the geopolitics and population reduction and control measures of the past century including the attempt to abort Israel, to arm its enemies, encourage jihad and carve up the remains of what was to have been a Jewish state. This too is part of the redesigned Greater Middle East, of the New World State and homogenized cultic Religion.

“Be on guard against an autocratic government” wrote Jewish sages in Chapters of the Fathers, 2.3. “For they who run it draw no man near to them except for their own interests, appearing as friends but acting as enemies.” Just so, WUFA, the “World Federation of United Nations Associations (UNA’s) enwrap the world in their webs of “international education” and suasion while New Age theosophists create “a mass creed” in which the Masters will rule the masses; for “the objective of all true government control is right synthesis” and “the religion of the New Age will be built around the periods of the Full Moon.” Bailey seems to have inspired those teaching worship of the Grail Queen and her “Star Fire” dragon seed whose cult ensures birth control and falling population. New Age religion will result from “steady progress toward religious unity” Bailey wrote presaging Gorbachev and Maurice Strong, during the Fifth Kingdom, “the age of our race, the Aryan…when the seed of mind implanted in some of the aspiring animal-men by the hierarchy” began to bear fruit. In the new world religion, most of us are “animal-men,” serfs, annoying to the eugenicist-environmentalists; as to Dr. Moreau, we are beasts because we feel pain. Like the superman, we must be superior to pain. Similarly Bailey often writes, “Remember, death is a cure” as if she was a forerunner for Jack Kevorkian, too.

In training us in group identity and the institutionalized callousness termed “etheric” or “global citizenship” “psychologists are necessary to coordinate the personality of the patient.” This assumes that character devolves into personality which itself is a congeries of post-Modern parts to be assembled by the psychologist; the Soviet model has gone worldwide. This is rather like ISAF purports to be doing with its PRT’s, coordinating and re-organizing a culture “for every initiate is a magnetic healer” in the tradition of “Rousseau, the great initiate,” in “the steady training of the people to recognize…the more correct point of view and the spirit of synthesis and cooperative unity.” For “the newer truths of the Aquarian Age can only be grasped as a result of group endeavor”; to “see light is a group activity” [2]. By 1947 Bailey was arguing, like Huxley and many others earlier that Russia’s system was “badly misunderstood.” The collective is the model of the New Age harmonizers and post-Modern educators; America and Germany may dominate financially and militarily but the categories of thought and social control are largely Soviet. Thus Americans are being trained, having their personalities “coordinated” by media, government contempt, economic upheavals to nod and smile like good patients about the NAU and NWO “in the spirit of cooperative unity” under direction of “the Masters.”

Thus Aquarian theosophist Alice Bailey takes us back to her contemporary Julian Huxley, to collective dreams for a world society whose “resistance to desirable change” toward the Hegelian-Marxist synthesis has been overcome by a combination of “true propaganda” (Huxley op. cit) and “Will or Power,” “fusing the problem in one vast humanitarian situation” (Bailey, “the Hidden Source of the Outer Turmoil,” 1939).

Operation Enduring Freedom, the NATO-UNSC-EU joint project likely will cause us to seek ways of enduring New Age forms of global “freedom” and “fusion.” True freedom for a nation in its place is defined in the Books of Moses but that paradigm is being buried: just when the “Wandering Jews” [3] decried by Bailey and settle down the powers want nothing more than to uproot them again. Like those vilified settlers and heroes of remembrance, the world must fight for its humane memory and roots or be “consumed in bewildering terrors” (psalm 73:19). The dirty secret of modernism is that “progress” means regression.

1. Alice Bailey, “the Hidden source of the Outer Turmoil” and “the Spiritual Trend of Human Destiny,” 1939 in Externalization of the Hierarchy (Lucis 1957; 2001), 75-93. The “problem” Bailey concerns herself with in “the General World Picture” is “the Jewish problem” (like Hitler she used the term often) and its “refusal…to learn the lesson of absorption,” much as Americans and other peoples are today lectured to blend into a continental and world state. People fail to see the similarity at their peril. As WW II was beginning, Bailey wrote in “Conflict between Forces of Ancient Origin” that “the Jews were responsible for the state of world affairs at this time” because they are from “the previous solar system” where they “failed to make the grade and were held in pralaya [“suspension”], surviving now as a problem and atavism, like nationalism and attachment to material things like a home, spouse, children, etc. They are a means of the Masters “for working out the Plan by certain syntheses” so “the old Piscean Age can give way to the new Aquarian Age” (ibid. 88). But Bailey assures her readers, “the problem of the Jews will disappear” along with the Dark Forces. Here is an essential strand of Globalism, its monoculture and intolerance, its forms of a “final solution” and its ruling cadres intent on erasing “the Jewish Force” since Jews are remnants from “a world that had no human beings.” This explains a lot of modern geopolitics.
2. Bailey, “the Work of the Seed Groups,” 1938; “Seed Groups in the New Age,” 1937 in the Externalization of the Hierarchy), 31-54. Perhaps Bailey’s essays, along with the texts of de Vere, the Dragon Legacy and Gardner, Realm of the Ring Lords are those from which the Germans, and not only they, are reading. Bailey’s evocation of a “Fifth Kingdom” is, like so much replacement and new age theology, an appropriation or identity theft of Hebrew Scriptures, in this instance, of Daniel 7:15-27 which speaks of the restoration of the Children of Israel in their land under the aegis of the “Ancient of Days,” the Creator after He gives them victory over “the fourth beast,” Rome and its successor states. Bailey, echoing received texts wrote that her christ was “about his Father’s business.” But the ‘business’ of the Compassionate Father is set forth in the Five Books of Moses about which the West has been utterly conflicted from the start. Hence it is collapsing into hi tech tyranny and New Ager’s like Bailey echo grand gamers like Lord Milner (and prefigure those like Brzezinski) in stating that “Jerusalem will not be a Jewish city” (”Return of the christ,” May 1947, Externalization 609). Indeed, for decades the powers have been engaged in partitioning and internationalizing it

3. Bailey 76-7, “fusing the problem in one vast humanitarian [sic] situation…the problem will be rapidly solved.” If the Jews could cease to exist as a nation, so would all nations (Deut. 32:8). That is the goal of the New Babel. “He [the Jew] must learn the lesson of absorption and cease his wandering” so we all will live in the New Age’s ‘magic bus.’ Bailey had political savvy; in 1937 she spoke openly of “the progress of our race… the Aryan”; in August 1939, she wrote repeatedly of the need to solve “the Jewish problem.” By 1943-4 she was writing that Germany and Japan were the centers of the forces of Darkness. In 1947 she was echoing Ernest Bevin, Milner and the Pope (supra).
